How To Book

All workshops are on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 7.30-9.15pm, unless otherwise stated. Please complete the form below and either email to admin@innersmile.uk.net or post to Innersmile, 2 Acorn Close, Hampton, TW12 3DX

The venues are: Chelsea, Chiswick, Fulham, Richmond, Wimbledon, Esher & Barnes.

The cost to attend the workshops is £40.00 per person, per workshop, total £240.00 (this price is inclusive of VAT and includes welcome refreshments and course material).

Payment

There are two methods of Payment:
    1.    Cheque - made payable to "Innersmile UK".
    2.    Pay Pal - If you pay by this method, please add £3.50 to the cost of the workshops (Pay Pal booking fee). Go to www.parenting.uk.net to make your payment.

Please note that payment is required prior to the commencement of the course. Please complete one application form per person (including spouses).

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first- served basis. Workshops cannot be booked individually. For information on place availability, please telephone 07814 161982 or email admin@innersmile.uk.net. Upon receipt of your booking form, you will be sent an email to confirm your place (or be placed on a waiting list). Joining instructions and course information will be emailed to you prior to the commencement of the course.
