Who We Are
 Monica Rafiq has a business management degree, is an NLP Practioner and a certified coach. She has studied child development and has experience in helping find effective ways to help parents with their children. Her style incorporates a marvellous balance of confidence and passion complemented by competence and skill. Her wide-ranging interests including business and parenting have led to successful interventions for many individuals. Monica's professional affiliations include the European Coaching Institute and the Association of Coaching. Monica has been active member of after schools clubs and has 2 children of her own aged 4 and 6.
 Head of PR and coordinator for all Parent-2-Parent & Sibling Relationships workshops, Louise Bools brings over 16 years experience to her role. Louise is an experienced marketing and public relations executive having worked for a number of leading companies in the conference, exhibition and training industries. Louise's additional experience includes theatre marketing and working as a publicity officer for various organisations. Louise is married and has 2 children aged 2 and 5 years.
